  • Looking to repurpose buildings to serve as a place for those in the community to gather. Providing pool, foosball, darts, board games, and video games—plenty to spark conversation and friendly competition. A lounge area featuring comfy couches, a big-screen TV for sports or movie nights, and bookshelves filled with reading material. The mission is simple in that we look to provide what some veterans have access to now but integrate the community aspect. Serving coffee, tea, soft drinks, light snacks, and occasional casual meals like pizza or BBQ. Designed to be a soft place to land, bridging military and civilian communities in a relaxed, everyday setting. This will be an alcohol and smoke-free environment.

Picture a resort that fosters a veteran-inclusive culture while remaining welcoming to civilians and families. The vibe is warm and social—perfect for dinners with new friends, evening bonfires, or group excursions. It’s a place where stories are shared freely, bonds are formed, and vaporized stress is replaced by camaraderie. We are looking for such a place that goes beyond the standard military discount but provide a stay that is memorable because it was on the house. We believe the veteran has been on enough tours while in service, it is time to relax, site see and enjoy what a new culture has to offer.
