My journey to receiving my benefits began with BIAS and my own reluctance dealing with the VA. I, like many of Vets am not so educated about the process and when you have some people who are not any wiser than myself trying to tell you something that their not sure about, it creates more confusion. Boots, took the confusion and clutter, threw it against the wall and stomped it. If I hadn't been an active participant, I would still be lost and confused. They took the "let me educate you", and explained the Who, What, How, and Why we all should get what they (Gov.) don't want us to receive, which is owed to everyone who served Honorably and sacrificed life, limb and love to serve our country. BIAS made me feel confident and assured. They not only knew the process but the language on how to put my best foot forward even at my C&P exam. August of 2022, we started and December right before Xmas I received my retro payment and January of this year the monthly payment started. To me "the many are called but few are chosen", scripture comes to mind. BIAS was a God send and are of the chosen few. They would have every Vet receive what so many of us deserve. I know this not because, but because once I heard them, I felt it, I knew they were sent. I thank God for them every month I see my bank account, Lol. I pray that my sincere testimony will reach someone who may have had the run around from people who just talk a good game but can't deliver results. Thank you, BIAS, for being obedient and answering the call once again.

I was out of the army for 30 plus years with none of my records. I was reluctant to file any claim but with the guidance from Boots in Action Services, I was service connected for my tinnitus and 70% for my mental in less than 6 months. Currently trying to pursue my 100. They truly make it seem simple even though it's a fustrating experience. - Kevin Williams, US Army
I am a Navy veteran and the company has helped me out in a lot of ways. They helped me understand the process of getting my percentage up. If I have any questions, they respond quickly without hesitation .

BIAS has helped me with providing me knowledge and educating me on how the process goes. Without them I don't know where I would be, hats off and I really want to thank BIAS for everything they have done for me. - Ollie Rabon, Army
BIAS is a well organized service. Their knowledge on how a veteran should is superb, In the past, I have utilized the largest veteran law firm in the United States, BIAS will go the extra mile to guide you in getting the benefits that you deserve in a timely manner.

So, prior to linking up with BIAS, LLC, I had little to no knowledge of anything related to VA process. To this day, I'm still learning things from BIAS. The information provided was key and I feel like without it, I'd be still trying to figure things out. I appreciate them and I think every Veteran should have someone like them providing you information and guidance. Thanks guys!!! - (RET) SFC Prince, US Army, EN
Dear BIAS Team, I would like to thank you for your diligence in helping resolve a 25 year old issue that I had with the VA. At the time BIAS became involved, I was already 100% permanently disabled and unemployable. I was also receiving SMC-S1. However, there was an unresolved issue that dated back to 1998, which is the year I retired. Back then, I claimed six issues for service connection. One of the issues was ischemic heart disease. The VA never addressed this claim and each time I questioned their failure to adjudicate the claim, VA basically told me that they had not overlooked my claim. They even went as far as to tell me that my medical records did not contain any supporting data. After too many refusals, I finally turned to BIAS. VA continued to deny my claim for backpay or even acknowledge their mistake. For every roadblock the VA provided, team BIAS provided the guidance we needed to push through. We worked together and searched through my military records to find that the ischemic heart disease exam was never requested by VA as part of my out-processing exam. IT WAS TOTALLY OVERLOOKED. Long story short, BIAS suggested that I should submit a high-level review stating that a "Clear and Unmistakable Error" (C.U.E.) had been made by VA in handling my initial claim. The senior reviewer agreed and awarded my backpay to 1998. I was only 20% in 1998 - 2016, however this decision increased my rating to 70% and qualified me for CRDP. It would not have happened without the Lord and BIAS. BIAS knowledge of the process is extensive and they do not mind holding your hands during what can be mentally exhaustive. They handle each situation as if it was their own and what's more, we had been told my case was impossible by three different law firms. THANK YOU BIAS FOR BEING A GRIZZLY FOR THE VET!!! GOD BLESS YOU! They did not allow me to accept NO as the final answer which kept me from not giving up . I can only imagine if I would have settled for the I am 100% mentality and not pursued what I was due.
