  • Originally founded to help veterans understand the complexities of VA bureaucracy, Boots In Action Services, LLC provides a pathway to financial stability and improved quality of life. Whether they are handling their own initial claims, appeals, or complex Clear and Unmistakable Error (CUE) cases, we stand by our fellow veterans as they secure their own benefits that they have rightfully earned.

  • Our mission is to educate veterans on their rights and the processes involved in securing all benefits, ensuring they understand how to effectively address service-connected issues with clarity and integrity. It is important to note that, as a non-accredited organization as stated under CFR Title 38 §14.629, we do not hold VA accreditation, but we are committed to providing valuable knowledge to empower veterans on their own claims and appeals.

  • Our organizational structure reflects military principles, utilizing specialized roles to deliver strategic, results-driven assistance. Our core focus is on education by transforming lives in teaching veterans how to access their own entitled benefits.

  • We have expanded our efforts to include diverse financial investments and personal freedom initiatives (detailed on our Special Operations). Supported by angel investors and a dedicated team, our primary goals are to:
