Boots In Action Services (BIAS), LLC offers a wide vast of knowledge. One-to-One

Once BIAS, LLC has received a request for that one-to-one, additional information will be completed. The information will be reviewed which will allow us to look at all the different avenues based on what was received. The information provided will be applied to a specific situation to gain a higher chance for success within the process.

Educational

BIAS, LLC will educate on how to apply the inner workings of the process to eliminate confusion and time. This educational information includes the break down of the VA's own language based on your current status to achieve that higher chance of success.

War Room

BIAS , LLC will provide the communication needed to achieve the best outcome allowed. Veteran's need to keep in mind when planning for battle that there are always casualties to consider. In the VA claim process the injured party could and most likely will be the veteran. We try our best to anticipate irrational denials and have contingencies if possible. The wording that is used makes a difference much like the way you speak to that special someone in your life. The words used in a claim can change the outcome of a claim, much like not understanding the VA words in a decision letter. The War Room is where you simulate possible scenarios to better position for a more desirable end.
